- 1. If you feel that the ebook or font that you have purchased is not what you thought it was please contact us (info@readyed.com.au). We’ll either replace it or refund
- 2. If you have difficulties downloading an electronic product please email us (as above) – we’ll talk you through the problem or email you another copy if we still can’t work it out.
- 3. Remember, that if you purchase an electronic or digital product (ebook) you need to download it yourself after the purchase is complete – we don’t send an ebook to you via the mail.
- 4. Make sure that you view the Sample File of the ebook you are interested in (See “View Sample” on the product information page). However, if you purchase the ebook and you don’t feel that it matches the description on the information page, or is different to the sample file please contact us (as above). We’ll either replace it with a more suitable product or refund your money.
Refunds and Returns
Should you wish to return your product for any reason please advise us at this email address – info@readyed.com.au
Your money will be refunded directly back to you via the method that you used to make the original purchase.
No, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
No, there is no need to return digital goods purchased. This does not affect the issue of your refund in any way.

Our secure system collects some personal information from users such as name, email address, purchase information and city in order to provide our educational products after purchase. Ready-Ed Publications may also use this data to email the customer special offers, new product information and special offers.
