Asia: Our Neighbour has been written for teachers of Years 4, 5, 6 and 7 who are required to integrate the topic of Asia and Australia’s engagement with Asia into their everyday teaching. Chosen as one of the cross-curriculum priorities that students are required to explore through all learning areas, Asia and Australia’s relationship with Asia is explored in depth in this blackline master resource.

Each activity sheet is designed to develop students’ understanding of the Asia region. Asian societies, cultures, beliefs, people and environments are all examined. Asia: Our Neighbour could be modified and used by teachers of lower primary students.
