Measurement in Mathematics Book 3 is designed to provide young children with simple problem solving situations when students use a number of objects to explore situations. Plenty of hands-on investigations are included in this book. Specific tasks involve measuring with arbitrary units and rulers, using clocks and calendars to measure time, measuring perimeters and areas, investigating mass and balancing and invistigating volume.
